Our workout sessions are designed with all fitness levels in mind. We strive to make sure every Queen feels welcomed to participate to the best of her ability. We build in routines that are easily accessible for everyone, from beginners to high-level Warriors. However, if you are worried about joining in just any workout, we have a category labeled “Beginner” you can tune in to. In these workouts, our coaches will breakdown every workout and show you low-impact versions until you feel comfortable enough to advance to another level.
