We love your excitement for progress! As with all workout programs, results will vary. The timing of your results, as well, will depend on a number of different factors that include (but are not limited to):
*Your commitment level
*Your nutrition and diet
*Your unique biology
*Other workout regimes you may be using
With dedication to the program, there’s a great chance you’ll see results in no time. However, we aren’t capable of giving any predictions for when you’ll see progress since this will look different from person to person.
Did you know you can easily track your own progress? To track progress with the Fab Abs program, consider using the “before” and “after” photo method.
*Take side profile and front picture of yourself in a mirror before starting the program
*Retake the photos once a week. Try to stand at the same angle and same *distance from the mirror each time
*Keep this up each week
When using this method, it’s a good idea to not focus on the week-to-week photos, but comparing each new week’s photo to the original “before” photo. You might have a hard time spotting differences week to week, while each subsequent weeks’ photo may have gains that are easier to track when compared to the “before” photo.
