Quick workout tip! Take a “before” picture using a full-body mirror. Take additional pictures once a week, on the same day of the week, to track your progress. You might even want to put a piece of tape down in front of the mirror so you ensure you’re standing in the same spot and from the same distance away from the mirror (as this could influence whether you notice changes). We also recommend you pay attention to the clothes you’re wearing, as your clothing can be a huge indicator of whether your workouts are reaping results.
